    Co-Founder & CEO

    Sebastien’s journey began at the heart of the recruitment world, where he spent nearly a decade working his way up to Sales Director. Armed with dual Business degrees and a Master’s in Human Resources, he saw a growing problem unfold: agencies were under increasing pressure to prove compliance—yet had no tools or visibility to actually do it.

    That’s when it clicked: agencies were being held accountable, but left in the dark.

    Sebastien co-founded SafeRec to change that. His deep industry insight fuels our mission to give agencies the clarity, confidence, and control they need—not just to stay compliant, but to thrive.

    Co-Founder & CTO

    Jule is the technical architect behind SafeRec’s cutting-edge platform. A Software Engineer trained at one of Europe’s top multimedia schools, he sharpened his skills on military-grade systems at Thales before turning his attention to a new kind of challenge—compliance.

    With a passion for clean code and real-world impact, Jule brings structure to complexity and simplicity to chaos. His vision: technology that doesn’t just solve problems—it eliminates them.

    Tracy’s career began in the recruitment industry, where she quickly rose to become Head of Compliance—working directly with agencies under pressure to manage risk without the tools or visibility to do so.

    She saw the frustration first-hand: agencies were expected to prove compliance, but lacked the evidence to back it up.

    When presented with the vision for SafeRec, Tracy instantly saw its potential—and became a driving force behind its success. Now, as COO, she leads operations and compliance with precision, purpose, and people at the heart of everything she does.

    Her positivity is infectious. Her leadership is essential. And her mission is clear: to build systems that protect, empower, and drive real change across the industry.
