Why were you looking to use Kintec / a payroll software?

As an umbrella employment company, payroll is at the heart of what we do. With a large number of contractors and varying assignment details, accuracy, compliance, and reliability are essential. We needed a payroll system that could handle the complexity of umbrella payroll from: PAYE and pensions to holiday pay and statutory deductions, while keeping everything fully compliant with HMRC requirements.
