It brings together more than 500 recruitment businesses operating from over 700 locations across the UK, providing a trusted community where members can share knowledge, opportunities and best practice.

At the heart of the network is TEAM Xchange, a secure platform that enables members to collaborate on vacancies, share candidates and split recruitment fees, creating new revenue opportunities while helping clients fill specialist roles more effectively. "My first experience of TEAM was attending a regional meeting as a guest a year ago. I got invited to join TEAM but I decided that I didn't want to and it wasn't the right time for me and wasn't 100% sure about the value I'd get out of it.

Throughout the year I came across different posts on TEAM on socials and got invited to the conference and I said to myself I'll go to the conference but I won't become a member they will never get me to join so I went to the conference and as soon as I walked through the door I was blown away the community of all these recruiters that have come together to share their insights and listening to the amazing speakers aswell, I took away so much insight.

I got home and there were so many things I wanted to change within my business after just that one day event and I thought there is so much value in this network I really want to be a part of this community and ever since I have been welcomed into the network and being part of the WhatsApp community which is just amazing so everyone can share insights and collaborate on there and the amazing webinars aswell I've done quite a few now and I've gained so much insight and so much advice from the webinars and I've started to implement so many different changes within my business and its made me more efficient and found better candidates in a much shorter space of time and I just think this network and this community is absolutely incredible and I'm so pleased to be part of it and I've just attended my first regional meeting as an official member. I'm only a month in but I can't praise this community enough so thank you so much to everyone for welcoming me with open arms!"
