Challenge: MyPay has processed over one million timesheets and needed a partner to support their growth. They required a platform that offered genuine value and high service standards rather than a generic list of perks.

Approach: We worked closely with MyPay to build MyRewards, a bespoke benefits platform designed to reflect their brand identity. A core part of the project involved integrating the specific providers and benefits MyPay already offered directly into the platform. This created a central hub where workers can access everything in one place.

Measurable Results: The MyRewards platform has become a central part of the MyPay brand identity. The client now actively promotes these benefits across their social media channels to showcase the value they provide. The project resulted in a package that feels specifically tailored to their business and has been well received by their contractors.
